Built by an operator,
for operators.

AEVUM wasn't born in a startup incubator. It was born in an HVAC shop in Monroe, Washington — out of necessity, frustration, and a refusal to accept that “this is just how it is” in the trades.

After years of fighting with software that wasn't built for the way contractors actually work, the founder built AEVUM for his own company first. It started as a way to stop things from falling through the cracks. It became an AI-powered operations layer that runs sales, finance, marketing, inspections, inventory, and training — all coordinated by a single intelligent command layer.

AEVUM has been running a real HVAC business for months. Not in a demo. Not in a sandbox. In the field, on real jobs, with real customers and real money on the line. Now it's being built for every contractor who deserves the same edge.

What we believe

AI should be an executive, not a chatbot

The industry is full of AI that answers questions. AEVUM is AI that does work. It doesn't wait to be asked — it monitors, recommends, and acts. The difference between an assistant and an executive is initiative.

Your business should run on your hardware

Every other HVAC platform stores your data in their cloud. If they go down, you go down. If they raise prices, you pay or lose your data. AEVUM runs on a small computer in your office. You own the hardware, you own the data, you own the AI.

If we disappear, your business keeps running

This is the hardest promise to make in software, and the most important. Your AEVUM lives on your hardware. If you cancel — or if we cease to exist — your data stays on your machine. Forever. We never had a copy.

The founder

Wylee Lochmann grew up in the trades. When his father's HVAC company faced a financial crisis a year ago, he came home to Monroe, WA to help save it. What started as stabilizing debt and plugging operational gaps evolved into something bigger — he discovered that AI and modern software could solve the problems that had been invisible for years. Teaching himself to build with Claude SDK and Claude Code, Wylee created an ecosystem of intelligent apps that now runs Genesis Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration from the inside out. AEVUM is the productized version of that system — built by an operator who needed it, for operators who need it too. A musician by nature and a builder by obsession, Wylee believes every contractor deserves an AI executive that works as hard as they do.

Based in Monroe, WA. Field-tested by a real HVAC company.
